JEROMESVILLE, Ohio (8/29/23)--We are excited to welcome our students back on Tuesday, September 5. We hope that everything will run smoothly with arriving at and departing from the new campus.

However, we encourage our families to be patient, allow extra time, and to show grace to each other, including the staff. We won't know exactly how the plan will work until it's put into action.

All vehicles dropping off children in the morning will need to enter the parking lot coming from 30-A to Twp. Rd. 1902 and make a right turn only into the lot using the turn lane.

From there, the yellow arrows indicate the traffic pattern that needs to be followed.

  • It is important to observe this procedure so that we don't have vehicles backed up on the public roads.

Students in PK-6 can get dropped off at the first set of doors, and students 7-12 can get dropped off at the second set of doors.

  • If parents have children in both the lower and upper grades, the 7-12 students can be dropped off at the PK-6 doors and walk to the 7-12 side.

Alternatively, making the right-hand turn into the lot coming from 30-A, those choosing to drop off or pick up their children may also park and, using the crosswalks, walk their children to the appropriate side of the building. The white arrows should be followed if you choose to park.

The two-way entrance/exit by the stadium is only for buses and staff and student parking.

Students can be dropped off as early as 7:15 AM. All students need to be in their classrooms before 8 AM to not be considered tardy. PK can be dropped off starting at 7:45 AM.

Buses will be leaving in the afternoon from the event entrance on the side of the building.

Parent pick-up can line up in the front of the building or park in a parking space using the same routes as above.

  • PK-6 students will be dismissed on a staggered schedule beginning at 2:45 PM.
  • The 7-12 side will be dismissed with the bell at 3 PM.

To exit the lot, parents should use the exit-only lane, staying to the left side in a single line. This is important in order to keep a clear sight line to make an unimpeded left or right turn onto 30-A for the safety of everyone on the road.

The route is based on a traffic study done by the state.
