For any planned student absences, such as the following, which is not an exhaustive list,

• the fair
• surgery
• vacation

Hillsdale Schools requires a pre-excused absence form to be completed in advance.  

Pre-excused absence forms are available in the office, as well as online.  

All pre-excused absence forms must be turned in to the teacher at least one week prior to the absence.  

If a teacher does not have enough advance notice, your child might not get their work. 

FOR ANY ABSENCE, A NOTE MUST BE GIVEN TO THE TEACHER TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE STUDENT IS EXCUSED.
