Internal Requests
For the following, we use the Incident IQ platform:
- Food Services
- Submit a ticket for all requests, whether it is for a banquet, sack lunches for a field trip, ice cream for the BUG award, etc.
- Please submit requests no later than 2 weeks before the event to allow time for ordering and delivery of food.
- Maintenance/Custodial
- Submit a ticket for any maintenance needs that need to be addressed.
- Technology
- Submit a ticket for any technology repairs or issues that need to be addressed.
- Scheduling Events
- Submit a ticket to either:
- Secure a room for a meeting or event, or
- Add an event to the calendar(s)
- Submit a ticket to either:

Steps to Access the IncidentIQ Ticketing System

Using Google SSO,
and click on "New Ticket" (circled in red).

For a tech issue, select the most appropriate category.
For a food request, maintenance/custodial request, or to schedule an event or add one to the calendar, click on the tab circled in red.

From this screen, click on the desired tab to place your request.
The remaining requests--Auditorium Tech and PR/Communications Requests--are Google Forms. You may want to follow up with either Allen Terwilliger or Jennifer Seman to make sure they are aware you have placed a request.
