JEROMESVILLE, Ohio – Hillsdale Local Schools is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Little Falcons Preschool!
Families interested in enrolling their child should apply online through the Hillsdale website or contact Mrs. Becky Hartsel, Preschool Director, at 419-368-8512 to join the screening and pre-enrollment list.

Preschool Enrollment Checklist: 4-Step Process
Please complete each of the four enrollment phases in the stated order to ensure your application is processed correctly.
If a child is determined to be eligible, families will be contacted to schedule a screening.
Preschool Screening Details
Screenings by appointment are required before enrollment and will be held on:
- Friday, March 20, 2026
- Friday, March 27, 2026
Eligibility & Enrollment
- Children must be 3 years old by August 1, 2026
- Children must be residents of the district
- Enrollment is limited due to state-mandated ratios
- Priority is given to students qualifying for special education services
