- Ability to plan and execute lessons to accommodate the needs of students.
- Excellent evaluations for experienced teachers.
- Outstanding recommendations.
- Willingness to work as a member of a school faculty.
- Experience with use of technology and student performance data.
- Knowledge of state standards.
