Superintendents and treasurers from Ashland County met with state legislators at Hillsdale to discuss the need for fair, reliable funding for Ohio’s public schools.

The Hillsdale Local Schools community is mourning the loss of Mason Chandler, a preschool student at Hillsdale, who recently passed away.
The district is asking families to keep Mason’s loved ones in their thoughts as they grieve.

In an engaging visit, Superintendent Dr. Trevathan hosted Senator Romanchuk March 14 on our PK-12 campus. The senator met staff and students, putting a personal face on the challenges and opportunities in our schools, highlighting the everyday efforts that shape our community.

Hillsdale Local Schools was recognized at the OSBA NE Region Fall Conference in October 2024 for achieving the Purple Star designation last spring.
