Dear Parent,
Thank you for your interest in the Hillsdale Local School District, home of the Falcons. The Hillsdale Board of Education believes in public education and strives to deliver the best education possible for every student.
Please find below the Open Enrollment Application for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Please complete the application(s) and return to Hillsdale Local School District between March 1 and May 1, 2025, by:
- direct mail to 479 Township Road 1902, Jeromesville, OH 44840, or bring your application to this address
- fax to 419-369-7504, attention Becky Austin
- or email to baustin@hillsdalelocalschools.org
Notifications will be made via mail, email, or phone if your student has been approved or not approved for open enrollment at Hillsdale Local School District.
Late applications will not be accepted.
