Ensuring smooth and efficient traffic flow during drop-off and pick-up times is essential for the safety and convenience of all families.By carefully following the procedures outlined below, we can help prevent delays, reduce congestion, and ensure that everyone can drop off and pick up their children quickly and safely.

Your cooperation is vital to keeping the process running smoothly, allowing everyone to be on their way in a timely manner.

Navigating the Parking Lot: Follow the Arrows for a Smooth Drop-Off/Pick-Up Experience

All vehicles dropping off children in the morning will need to enter the parking lot coming from 30-A to Twp. Rd. 1902 and make a right turn only into the lot using the turn lane.

From there, the yellow arrows indicate the traffic pattern that needs to be followed.

  • It is important to observe this procedure so that we don't have vehicles backed up on the public roads.

Alternatively, making the right-hand turn into the lot coming from 30-A, those choosing to drop off or pick up their children may also park and, using the crosswalks, walk their children to the appropriate side of the building. The white arrows should be followed if you choose to park.

Please Note: Don't make a left-hand turn into the drop-off/pick-up line as that will back up traffic on Twp. Rd. 1902 preventing exits from the parking lot.

To exit the lot, parents should use the exit-only lane, staying to the left side in a single line. This is important in order to keep a clear sight line to make an unimpeded left or right turn onto Twp. Rd. 1902 for the safety of everyone on the road.

Drop-Off/Pick-Up Locations

Students in PK-6 can get dropped off at the first set of doors, and students 7-12 can get dropped off at the second set of doors.

  • If parents have children in both the lower and upper grades, the 7-12 students can be dropped off at the PK-6 doors and walk to the 7-12 side.
  • Please pull forward as far as possible before stopping to unload. This helps to keep the traffic from backing up onto the road as much as possible.

Drop-Off/Pick-Up Times

Students can be dropped off as early as 7:15 AM. All students need to be in their classrooms before 8 AM to not be considered tardy.

PK students can be dropped off starting at 7:45 AM.

Parent pick-up can line up in the front of the building or park in a parking space using the same routes as above.

  • K-4 students will be dismissed at approximately 2:45 PM, with grades 5-6 students available for pick-up around 2:55 PM.
    • Thank you for placing your parent pick-up signs where they are clearly visible, as this helps us expedite releasing children back into your care and ensures their safety.
  • Grades 7-12 will be dismissed with the bell at 3 PM.

Please Note: If you have children in multiple grades, please join the pick-up line at the dismissal time for your oldest child. This helps us maintain a smooth and efficient flow for everyone.

Bus Zones and Reserved Parking Areas

The two-way entrance/exit by the stadium is only for buses and staff and student parking.

Buses will be leaving in the afternoon from the event entrance on the side of the building.

The route is based on a traffic study done by the state.
