FFA Activities

JEROMESVILLE (3/4/21)--During National FFA Week February 22-26, our #FALCONflock celebrated with some fun activities.

In a scavenger hunt, students searched for a paper FFA emblem. Each day the emblem was hidden in a different location either in the high school hallway or Media Center. Breanna and Paul located the emblem Monday at the office, Seth found the one Tuesday at the library dropbox, Kayla found one Thursday on a bulletin board and Grace found Friday's on a different bulletin board. Students won goodie bags including a t-shirt, FFA wristband, an ID tag and some candy for their successful efforts.

Incorporating their monthly meeting into the week, an Ag Olympics was held over lunch periods on Monday and Friday where students could showcase their skills in different games, several of them cooperative.

In addition to this event and the scavenger hunt, students were encouraged to participate in themed Dress-Up Days: 'Merica Monday, Twin Tuesday, Western Thursday and Falcon/FFA Friday.
Also, electronic toys were collected for RePlay for Kids, a nonprofit organization that adapts toys for children with physical disabilities.

JEROMESVILLE (12/22/20)--The FFA hosted their Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 19, 2020.

Though the event looked a little different as a drive-thru, the turn-out was great, with 70 children participating!

Along with a breakfast of donuts and crafts to be completed at home, Santa Claus took time out of his busy schedule to spread some cheer.

Our FFA students worked hard to prepare for the occasion. Behind-the-scenes pictures are included below with those from the event.
