Arts & Crafts Festival Vendor Information

An image of the arts and crafts festival on November 11, 2023. Registration is open.

As we look forward to our 49th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival this fall on Saturday, November 11, 2023, we are pleased to announce that it will be held in our new, state-of-the-art PreK-12 school facility. These are exciting times for our school, our community, and our arts and crafts festival.

We are expecting a record turnout.

Needless to say, the move into our new facility will also bring some changes. We believe these changes will all be for the better, but they may require some adjusting. Please see below for some highlights.

Registration and Payment

  • Registration and payment for booths will now be done online. The good news is that you can select the booth(s) you want when you register and pay!
  • We no longer have paper forms for registration. All registrations will be done on the online system.

Vendor registration is open to the general public as of August 2, 2023. Please use the link below to select and pay for your spot.

Booth Locations

  • Handmade Crafts
    • Our new main gym will continue to host our handmade crafts. Those of you who have been in our main gym before will have a space in this new facility. Register early so you can reserve the booth(s) you want.
    • If you want electricity in your booth, you should select spaces that are along walls. You will also need to bring your own extension cords. Your extension cords may NOT run through aisles. Please understand that electricity is not guaranteed. You should plan accordingly.
  • Non-handmade Items
    • If you were in a classroom, cafeteria, or a hallway for our last show, you will now be in our elementary/middle school gym, which is located very close to the main gym. This is the place for items like PinkZebra, Avon, etc. that are not crafts in the traditional sense. Please be sure to select booth(s) in this location. (You are also fine to sell handmade crafts in the elementary gym.)
      • If we find vendors in the main gym who are not selling handmade crafts, you will be moved out to the elementary gym.
      • If all space is sold in the elementary gym, you will have to leave the show and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
    • If you want electricity in your booth, you should select spaces that are along walls. You will also need to bring your own extension cords. Your extension cords may NOT run through aisles. Please understand that electricity is not guaranteed. You should plan accordingly.
  • Since we are moving to a new facility and our booths will be reconfigured, you should plan to purchase booth space based on your actual requirements. In the past, some of you may have been able to spread out into nooks and crannies. This will not be possible in the new facility. Please plan your booth space accordingly.
