JEROMESVILLE (4/16/21)--The Tri-County Educational Service Center is working through local districts to offer the Pfizer COVID vaccine to those students 16 to 18 years of age with parental permission.
The shots will be given through Drug Mart at the end of this month with the second dose three weeks later.
Please indicate if you would like for your child to take advantage of this voluntary opportunity by completing the form below. Please fill out a separate form for each child by Tuesday, April 20th.
